Q. Why won’t my dispenser turn on?

A. Make sure the batteries have been properly installed and switch the device "on" using the power switch on the back of the dispenser.

Q. How do I replace my cartridge?

A. Make sure the dispenser is first turned off. Press the eject button on the back of the dispenser. Hold the dispenser firmly and pull the empty bottle up and out.

Q. Where is the cleansing spritz liquid manufactured?

A. All of our cleansing spritz formulas are made in the U.S.

Q. How do I remove the wall hanger unit?

A. Hold the bracket gently to avoid it from snapping your fingers. Do not press it against the wall. Stretch straight down along the wall at least 15 inches until the bracket and strip release. Never pull the strip toward you.

Q. Where is the battery compartment?

A. The battery compartment is on the bottom of the Spritzn Wipe device.

Q. Why is my dispenser unintentionally dispensing Spritzn Wipe cleansing liquid?

A. Two of the most common reasons are:

  • Motion Activated – Make sure that the dispenser is not in a high traffic location.
  • Clogged Nozzle - Switch the dispenser off and use a damp, non-abrasive cloth to wipe off any build up on the nozzle.

Q. Why won’t my Spritzn Wipe dispense cleansing spritz?

A. It could be due to a number of reasons, including:

  • Tamper Evident Seal - Make sure the tamper evident seal has been removed from cartridge cap.
  • Hand Placement - Make sure your hand is placed between the sensor and nozzle.
  • Clogged Nozzle - Switch the dispenser off and use a damp, non-abrasive cloth to wipe off any build up on the nozzle.
  • Wet Battery Compartment - Make sure the dispenser isn’t standing in water. If so, remove the batteries, wipe and dry the interior, reinstall the batteries, turn on the dispenser and try using the Spritzn Wipe.
  • Dead Batteries - Check the battery warning light on the front of the device. If it blinks red when trying to dispense liquid, it’s time to change the batteries.
